sky puck wont activate

I have reset it, turned it off and on, the usual stuff. When i get the code and enter it, it says check your sky glass, try again later,   I dont have sky glass, i only have the puck, can anyone help, the sky vurtial assistant is awful

Try opening a private browser tab: go to sky.com/activate, login and enter the code.

how do i open a private browser ? all i want is to activate my account, it shuldnt be this hard
