I have three pucks connected to different smart TVs and all have a similat issue. When i switch on they regularily say no signal. so i take ot the HDMI and power for a few seconds and try again. Usually this works and i can stream ok. at the weakest point from my hub i receive speeds over 80
i appreciate this is not a major issue but it would be good to turn on and it work without having to reboot. Two pucks have already being replaced. Any help would be appreciated other than what i already do

If you have not already.
Change all your pucks to the following recommended settings set in the PuckSettings>
Set Network standby mode to ON.
Plus, turn wifi OFF under Network if any of the pucks are connected via ethernet.
There used to be another setting that with recent UI builds has now been removed.
If you still see it, change Overnight power saving to OFF
Sky Stream with two pucks via wifi (former Sky Q and Sky+ customer).
Sky Ultrafast + using Sky SR203 hub. Sky Mobile unlimited data. Sky Smart Home - Bundle Smart Home plan +
