sky + box not loading content..display reads Technical Fault

screen displays Home page and can navigate without any problem but cannot get any programmes or apps except BBC i player and Netflix. I have re booted box and router numerous times. Screen goes blank after selecting a programme and display reads 'Technical Fault.'

@Steverrrrr that's not a Sky+ fault, where you've posted. I'm assuming you have Sky Stream and will move your,post to the right forum.
