I've had Sky Stream since it launched and it's always cut the sound for a couple of seconds every now any again as if it's switching audio tracks, however I'm now finding that when using any app like BBC iPlayer or ITVX or Netflix, this sound issue is so frequent it's unusable and we have to switch to our TVs version of the app instead.
also, browsing the menu the box just sticks for a little while like it's trying to load the next section - this can be up to 10 seconds.
im on Skys full fiber broadband and they've been out a couple of times to check my speed and connection in the past.
