reduce monthly cost whilst in contract

My services have been restricted as I have been very unwell and off work for  a while, thankfully I am now back at work, however , I cannot reinstate my services until my arrears are cleared which is almost £120 - I completely understand these will need to be cleared before reinstating. My question is would I be able to pay this off over a few months and if I am in contract for cinema and sports until 2027 will I be allowed to cancel these early (due to finance issues caused by ill health) and still keep the lower package? thanks in advance

Hi @Sueg75 I'm pleased to read that your health issues seem to be behind you.  As this is a customer user forum we are not able to help so you will need to call Sky to discuss your payment and viewing package issues.  I suspect you will need to pay off the £120 first but with regards to your Cinema & Sport it will probably depend on how persuasive you are.
