I have been trying to watch Premier League Years on both of my Sky Stream pucks. However, when selecting the episode I want to watch, the screen goes black, I am met with the below error message and returned to the orignal screen selecting the episode. The message is as follows:
"Sorry, this item us currently unavailable. Please try again later".
I am a Sky Sports customer, so should have access these episodes. I have also tried rebooting the puck as well as resetting it, but have had no luck finding a fix.

If it's just a single episode which doesn't play then there may be a legal or rights issue which has led to its removal from the service.
You could try dropping an email to Viewer Relations and see if they can offer any insight. Their email address is: ViewerR@sky.uk

Sadly it's for the majority of the episodes and works on Sky Go. I'll drop them a message anyhow to see if they can help, thanks!
