My main stream puck in lounge has been putting up error messages saying no internet connection although everything else is working

Hi @Deemo1
It could be the location of the puck or a hardware issue. As you have more than one puck try swapping it over with one in a working location. If it works and the one you moved starts playing up it's likely an issue due to where the puck is located (i.e. poor wifi area, enclosed in a TV unit or behind tv etc).
If it's still playing up, it's likely a puck issue and you need to ask sky to replace.
