netflix log on

hello

 

my netflix account is linked to my sky stream.

 

I can't log into netflix and need some help.  It leads me to a new payment screen each time.

Hi @Claire309 

 

Sky are only responsible for billing not credential management. If you have an existing netflix account when you login it should tell netflix to stop billing you. If you don't have a netflix account you need to set one up.
