If it has HDMI pass through you can go HDMI to Amp input and then HDMI out from the amp to your TV.
Or if the amp and your TV support ARC or eARC, you go HDMI to your TV and then HDMI out via ARC or eARC. If you're using eARC, use the HDMI cable that came with the Puck to the TV because it's 2.0 and I'd use a 2.1 cable for the eARC bit.
Lastly, if you're TV doesn't have ARC or eARC, you could go HDMI from the Puck to the TV and spDif from the TV to the amp.

Firstly although the amp supports UHD pass through it does not support the HDCP2..2 which modern UHD video kit requires however HD video should be fine. Secondly it predates the very useful ARC standard where the HDMI output from the amp to the TV supports audio output from the TV to the amp.
If you want to use the amp with a puck and get UHD video you would need to buy a HDMI audio extractor which is HDCP2.2 compliant (something like this assuming the description is correct) and connect the amp using a spare Toslink input. A HDMI splitter is almost certainly not going to work again due to the HDCP issue.

If your TV has a digital optical audio output then connect that to your Pioneer amp using an optical cable.
With the Stream puck connected directly to your TV via HDMI it will pass 5.1 Dolby Digital audio to the amp. You won't get Atmos but your amp doesn't support that anyway.
