Hiya. We have sky glass and sky pucks in bedrooms. When we go into Netflix app and choose a program to watch, the screen goes blac. You can still hear the program but can't see it. This is only an issue in one of the bedrooms. No other issues in the other rooms or sky glass. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks
