discovery+
Hi all,
First time sky customer here. Not a great start for me after being given the wrong package over the phone (separate issue I'll deal with tomorrow).
But I was promised discovery+.
I have activated this and gone through all the steps and it says active in my sky. However it will just not load via the sky puck. It says "something went wrong let's try again!"
Nothing is working. I rest the puck to factory settings and tried logging in again and same issue.
Any advice before I yeet it out the window?
