Puck issues

Daily the puck either loses WiFi connection and/or technical fault. I can see this has been an ongoing problem so I want to know what sky is doing about this because this is unacceptable. No other streaming devices other than the glass TV, WiFi speed is good

Hi @Monks 

No one here can tell you as we are fellow customers on the community. Have you reported the issue to sky?

I had issues on EE's wifi 6 kit sice June but no issues sice upgrading to wifi 7. Given that only customers with issues tend to post we can't see how widespread the issue is.
