Sky stream is different to Sky's satellite product. It uses the internet and you need fast and stable internet (sky recommend 30Mbps just for stream). It also has a different channel line up so make sure you do your research.

There are also a number of helpful videos on YouTube. Sky still sell Q their satellite product and this should be available to buy on their website.
