changing to sky sream from sky plus

we are changing from sky plus + to sky stream do we need to cancel our plus or do sky automaticly close plus on commencing stream

Hi @Klon1950  in addition to the other replies be prepared for a little crossover with the billing.  If that happens it will usually be resolved with an appropriate rebate on the following months bill.

@Klon1950  Once you activate your Stream puck your Sky+HD subs will cease.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Sky plus will stop working automatically once you activate Sky Stream @Klon1950 so you need not worry.

How do I move to Sky Stream from an HD+ box. Can’t find a phone number and don’t want Sky Glass

I am trying to move to Sky Stream. Currently have an HD+ box. Cannot seem to move online as it keeps trying to get me to pick a Sky Glass TV - which I don't want. Struggling to find a phone number where I can talk to someone about what I want. Any ideas please?

@Tgbbo   These are the current methods for contacting Sky. (Depending on your reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others) …

🔶📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline.

All calls will start automated which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.

Note: if your services are restricted due to a missed payment phone contact is unlikely to work.
