carehome
father in law moving into carehome has a sky account but, how can he watch sky in dishes allowed and poor broadband speed

Without a dish for a satellite platform or adequate bandwidth for streaming, there simply isn't any way to do so. Sky has no presence on digital terrestrial television apart from their tiny number of free to air broadcast channels (Arts, Mix and News, I think)
