Connect it to the TV you want to use it on using the HDMI cable.

Connect it to the power supply.

Turn on the TV and use the TV's remote to select the HDMI input you connected the puck to.

Turn on the power to the puck.

Follow the on-screen instructions.

If you have an old Sky Q mini box or Sky+ HD multiroom box then yes, you can disconnect and remove it and all associated cables. Note that any Sky Q equipment is on loan to you and will need to be returned to Sky or you will be charged a non-return fee.

If your remote is not working take the back off it and check there is no paper stuck between the battery contacts. Replace the batteries and try again. If it still doesn't work (not uncommon with these remotes sadly) then you'll need to order a replacement from Sky by using this form
