I want to cancel Sky Cinema Kids and Ad Skip on my Sky Stream. Does anyone know how I can contact Sky?

Any packs that are monthly rolling packs, and not part of a 24-month minimum term, can be removed via https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs.

Where it says, Already yours" under a pack, if you click on the arrow, it will either say you are in a minimum term contract or it will provide the button to remove that particular pack from your subscription.

In this link you sent me, I have to go to where it says your products, but the kids and ad skip don't appear, while Sky Cinema says the offer ends on 02/10/2026.

Have you clicked on all the tabs? For example ad skipping is displayed on the Home Setup tab

And if Sky Cinema says that it means that you took Sky Cinema under a minimum term contract ( at a discounted price), so you can't just cancel it.

Where it says your home setup, I only see Sky HD and Sky Sports HD.

That can't be correct. Firstly if you have Sky Stream then there is no Sky HD additional pack, so if can't be showing it. Also, TV content packs appear under TV Packs, Home Set-up is where you see AD skipping, Whole Home and UHD, and the App subscriptions are to manage any Sky Marketplace app subscriptions

As mentioned above.

There will be no Sky HD or Sports HD for Sky Stream.

You  will only see mentions of Sky HD  or Sports HD on a Sky+ or Sky Q subscription, that is delivered through a Satellite dish connected to your Sky+ box or a Sky Q box and Sky Q mini box.

Can you let  us know what type of satellite dish connected box you have?

No - the options are online via your My Sky account as previously mentioned or by contacting Sky customer services.

However as previously mentioned what you are claiming to see if your My Sky account doesn't match up with a Sky Stream subscription.
