@David+Kenneth You have also posted this on the Sky+ board, that post has been removed as you don't need to create duplicate posts.
As you posted in Sky+ & Sky stream the question is which one do you have, you can't have both systems.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
