Re: audio sync issue and random pixilation
Lip sync issues is a known problem and is being worked on. Keep an eye on this thread.
What's your broadband speed? And what speed is your Puck receiving? You can find that by going to the Netflix app on the puck and then "Get Help" on the sidebar and within there there's a speed tester.
Having the actual numbers will help us help.

Re: audio sync issue and random pixilation
Hi Thanks for the quick reply
Netflix help says we have a connectionn speed of 46.84 Mbps, The Puk box is plugged directly into router via the ethernet lead. Its not currently pixalating so I will try the speed test again when the pixalation starts and note the channels it pixalates.
Cheers

Re: audio sync issue and random pixilation
Thanks. And when it does pixelate please do another speed test on Netflix.
Sky has a minimum of 30Mbps for most instances I believe, so at 47Mbps there isn't much headroom for things. These days most homes will have multiple phones, tablets, laptops, door bells, what have you all taking bits of that bandwidth. I suspect what's happening here is that the usable bandwidth sometimes falls below what Sky needs to give a reliable image.

Re: audio sync issue and random pixilation
Also just a note that you shouldn't have to restart to fix audio sync issues, just move up a channel and then back down, it should correct itself.
