Hi All,
uaing sky stream I'm trying to watch apple tv. I'm showing as subscribed in the settings, but every time I try and watch something I get the message to renew subscription!!
I've reset the apps,rebooted, logged out and back in again. I can watch it ok on my ipad so know it should work.
The box settings under system mNgement, ayatem info shows build version is out of date but no where can reset it/update it.
Apple support has checked my account and all ok there stating it must be a sky issue.
Can anyone help/advise please?
