Playlist not updating

The playlist hasn't updated since 13/10/24. 

This week NFL and F1 race is missing. Last weeks programme's that I managed to watch have now disappeared and what's left is all out of order!

such a waste of money paying for sport that you can't watch! 

Anybody know how to fix it? I have done the usual stuff like reset puck and apps etc.

It's not the puck. It's Sky not publishing them yet.

ive got the same problem, been waiting for 24 hours nearly now for the F1 to appear. I've given up so am now watching it on 4od who published their highlights yesterday.

I have the same issue. Only a recent problem, never had any issues until the last couple of weeks. I have also reset everything. I will be contacting SKY again to highlight the issue and maybe contact the Sky NFL team to make them aware to.

It's really bad. Yesterday had to watch Live but got home late and the watch from start button didn't work. I've given up with it now.
