ad skipping via my sky

I have ad skipping set up on the account, but it only wiorks on the televions and not on MySky app. Wonder why this is as if viewing online its still the same subscription and same amount being paid. Does this mean that ad skipping will only work on the actual tv?

@Stuart+Nicol  Ad Skippig is for Sky Glass/Stream, I'm not sure what ads your seeing on the MySky app?  Do you actually mean the Sky Go app?  If so Sky Go is not directly linked to your Sky Glass/Stream acccount and is a legacy app for Sky Q.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
