Turning pucks off multiple times a day

After a year of more or less seamless viewing I am having to switch the pucks off at least once a day. My broadband is stable. Sometimes the message is the technical fault message but sometimes it says I don't have a broadband  connection which is incorrect as all other equipment works. I'm beginning to lose faith in sky stream tbh. My sister experiences the same often mid programme. I think it is a Sky Stream issue.

@LynneParou   I am not sure it is a Sky Stream issue as such, as this forum would be bombarded with messages.  It is possible your puck has developed a fault but before trying for a replacement check if anything has changed recently.  For instance if you are not connected via an Ethernet cable is there something blocking the line of sight between your puck and router?  Has an object been placed on your puck, or your puck placed on something else?  Has some object or piece of equipment moved too close to the puck which works best if on its own without anything touching a bit of space around it?

Nothing has  changed. I  think the next step is to get a replacement Puck.
