You are only sending me one puck

Im only getting one puck apparently and shoud be getting more

Hi guys just spoken to a lovely lady but she said that when I m up and running I will have to order some more pucks at well basically £40

How many did you order (and pay a fee for)?

 

'Whole Home' is a marketing name, not a literal promise: Sky has no idea how many television sets any particular household wants to have running on Stream.

@Susan701  Did you physical order  the required number of pucks after first adding the whole home subscription to your order?

 

how many pucks are listed on your order confirmation

@Susan701  In that case the order you've received is correct, you neded to have ordered 2 puck as well as the Whole Home sub, you would need to call to order an additional puck.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Susan701  Whole house is just the name of the product as explained by @TimmyBGood 

 

once your account is fully setup you can order upto a further 5 pucks at £39.95 each online

As I said, Sky has no idea how many television sets you possess if you don't tell them.

 

'Whole Home' is a rather unfortunate choice of name, and you're certainly not the first forum poster to have misunderstood it.

 

Weirdly it's also used by BT for their extra cost WiFi system (in which context it makes rather more sense) so Sky really should have known better.
