Wrong footage used in tennis catch up videos

I am very frustrated with the tennis coverage. When I go to watch a replay of a match and select the one I want, it is the wrong footage. Four matches were all showing the same footage, none of them labelled correctly. How can I get in touch with the right people to correct this?
