Wot do I actually get with my £15 monthly subscription with this puk. Everything I want to watch I have to pay extra or upgrade. plus I'm paying £20 monthly internet. £35 monthly in total. Why do I have to pay extra for something I want to watch

Sounds like you have the Essentail TV pack.

Sky Essential TV: Includes Sky Atlantic, Netflix Standard (with Ads), discovery+, and 90+ additional channels.

Sky Ultimate TV: Includes everything in Essential TV, plus over 30 additional premium channels like Sky Max, U&Gold, Sky Witness, and more.

Plus HBO Max (basic with ads) Disney + (standard with ads) apps and Hayu.

As @lettice indicates, Essential TV is Sky Atlantic plus the free-to-air channels and the two bundled apps.

It's specifically a lower cost option and so was always going to have limited choice compared to Ultimate TV, particularly now a lot of the content previously on Atlantic is now in HBO Max.
