Winding me up already

Got my stream puck yesterday, plugged in and set up and now whenever I select a channel the box freezes instantly and will not let me input anything or play the channel. Reset to factory to try and get it working and now it's freezing on the set up pages. Not a great start to be honest...living up to the classic sky reputation. Unless it's fixed soon I'll be cancelling and moving to a competitor whose service will work as it should.

You need to ring  sky  now, as you should  never do a factory reset without being on the phone with a sky advisor  and they are taking you through it, only they can tell you to do a factory reset  as it will remove you account details from the puck, factory reset  is for clearing your  details  if you are sending it  back for  a replacement r

If it freezing  then you  don't  have enough  broadband speed  to  the  puck or a bad wifi connection try connecting it with an ethernet cable it more stable
