Sky puck stuck on “your now connected” screen

As title says.

 

I.T literate and tried all of the reset procedures.

I just want to speak to somebody to resolve/ replace.

You are not talking to sky on here we are all fellow customers on here like yourself,you need to call sky about this issue

If you have sky mobile then call on 150, if not  the number starts  0333
