WiFi for sky TV constantly going off
Recently I'm having to reset my stream box on average 20 times a day due to poor WiFi connection. I have reset everything multiple times and my WiFi router is approx 20 feet away from the TV, so I have done all the usual tests with no luck. Very poor considering the amount I have to pay per month. Please sort asap

Welcome to this Sky customer Community - you're not talking to Sky customer services here.
I assume you have Sky Broadband? Try restarting your broadband Hub. It may change to a wifi channel that's better for your Puck.

Re: WiFi for sky TV constantly going off
Hi @mlbd16 when you say you have done all the usual things have you checked your Wi-Fi speed being received at the puck (not your broadband router). This can be checked with the Netflix App (Get help > Check network) and is often much less than you might expect. The minimum speeds recommended by Sky are as follows:
HD = 25mbps
UHD = 30mbps
HD + 1 puck = 30mbps
UHD + 1 puck = 35mbps
These speeds assume there is nothing else using up your bandwidth.
If your speed at the TV is borderline try connecting via Ethernet cable. If this is not practical you can use powerline adapters (about £35 at Amazon). Note the Ethernet port on the Glass TV (& pucks) only supports 100mbps so don't waste money on the more expensive 1gb powerline adapters
Good luck.
