Puk setup
Trying to set up a puk. The puk tv is stuck on "you're now connected"
The main tv asked me to sign in, online, which I did and then it said to follow the instructions. There were none!
Can anyone advise on next steps please?

Assume from above 'going online' you have activated your puck.
Repower your puck and follow any instructions to complete the setup on screen.
