Whole home

I recently cancelled whole home as I don't need it and my Sky account won't load unless I reorder it. I was advised to cancel it as I no longer needed it after I moved.

If you returned the hardware which was designated as the primary device then that would now be a problem.

Re: Whole home

Thank-you for your reply - I still have the hardware as I've been waiting for the packaging to return it to Sky

Hi @Marysim1

You need whole home to watch on more than one puck or glass TV.  If you had a glass TV this will be your primary device. If you had only sky stream the puck you set up first will be primary device.

You can check as per the information here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-devices-sky-glass
