Sky streaming not working and Wi-Fi not con
This is completely unacceptable! I need to speak to someone at sky as I no longer can be a customer if my sky streaming is not working and therefore I cannot use my tv. My Wi-Fi is working and all other devices are connected, however my sky streaming is completely tempermental. I am unable to use certain apps and the screen keeps saying no Wi-Fi even though it is connected. I have repeatedly tried turning the streaming box and the Wi-Fi off at the mains and still nothing works. I need to speak to someone asap as this has been going on a week and I pay far too much money a month for this diabolical level of service

@Lydia125 Just dial 150 from your landline phone and speak with sky customer service!
That is from 8am to 8pm as they are closed now so you can catch them tomorrow!

Welcome to the forum, sorry you are having problems woth your streaming, but, first what speed is your puck getting, you can check this by opening the netfix app, going to help opening that and running check my network, sky recommend a min of 25mps to watch hd channels and a min of 35mps to watch in uhd channels, also what speed is your broadband ? Also the more devices you have connected the weaker the signal is to each one, also if you are in an old house and the puck is in one room and the puck in the other and you don't have a booster for the signal this to can cause problems with the wifi signal, old houses have brick internal walls moden houses have internal walls of plasterboad
