Can only see a trailor

Tried to watch The Death of Bunny Monro but can only see the trailer and not the full series. I'm watching via my Sky Puck and do have all channels other than movies and sports so can't understand why. I've tried Google to no avail. Can someone please help.

It's probably another fault with Sky's 'AdSmart' implementation. AdDumb more like. 
Try rebooting your stream puck and see if helps. If not then you might need to call Sky.

Sorry I'm new to this community board. Does this mean if I connect via a puck I can't post questions here?

You can post on any of the boards but obviously if you have a Stream issue you post on the Stream board, a Sky broadband issue on the Broadband board, a Sky Talk landline problem on the Talk board etc.
