Whole home puck order cancelled

Fairly new customer, ordered whole home and 2 pucks, paid for pucks. Heard pucks were running late, order now cancelled and just had a refund email. Any idea what's going on, am I still being charged for home, is this just a supply issue that will solve itself, I still want whole home.

To find out what the reason behind the cancellation is you would be better off calling Sky support and asking them,
