Have you checked your broadband speed? Sky stream pucks need a good broadband connection to work. Any interference or speed changes can cause issues. Run a network check from the help menu on the netflix app - this will tell you roughly the speed your puck is receiving.
Annoying sky don't provide any other means of finding out the speed.
