Whole Home Black Friday Offer
It shocking when sky can brin these prices down and current customers cant take advantage of the savings. £6.50 a month instead of £13 is a big saving.

This is not limited to just sky. Nearly all company's in all sectors prioritise deals for new customers over existing customers

It is available to existing Sky customers who don't already have Whole Home as well.

And a consequent drop in revenue for the company. Promotional pricing is generally intended to increase profits, not reduce them.

Why not try.
In the MySky app or online Mysky account you can 'remove Whole Home' under Your products >Manage home setup
But, you may have to wait until the current contracted month ends, before getting the chance to get a new deal.

Re: Whole Home Black Friday Offer
Not sure, but I've just signed up (existing customer) for £6.50 per month for 24 months. Really happy.

Re: Cancel and reinstate
If you don't own the puck you'll have to serve your notice and send the puck back to Sky.
I own my puck and have dipped in and out 3 times, the first two resumptions were at full price, nothing offered for a rolling contract but the last time (4 months ago) I was offered a discount on the basic subscription and Sky Sports on a 30 day rolling contract which was a pleasant surprise.

Re: Whole Home Black Friday Offer
Not quite the same but we cancelled our Sky Cinema 31 day rolling contract last month so we could switch to a 24 month contract this month. We kept the basic Sky Entertainment & Netflix pack running. Switching to a. 24 month contract this morning saved us quite a bit (£65 month to £53) for Sky Entertainment & Netflix, Sky Cinema (inc Paramount+), UHD & Atmos and Whole Home.
