When you cancelled it last month was there a option to add it soon after or you had to Wait ro the next billing month for it to appear again ?

Had to wait for the 31 day period to expire before the option to resubscribe was offered on MySky this morning. In the meanwhile MySky showed that I was still subscribed together with the period end date. No option to resubscribe was offered until the subscription period completely ran out.
If I were to have cancelled today, I wouldn't expect to be offered the chance to resubscribe until this time next month.
All this was on MySky on my iPad. Might be worth calling to see if anything can be offered.

If you cancel there's a good chance you'll eventually get offered a deal that's better than the current Black Friday offer.
About 3 months after I cancelled I was emailed an offer to return which was £15.50pm for Sky Stream + Netflix for 12 months on a 31 day rolling contract. The current Black Friday offer for the same is £22pm on the 31day rolling contract for 24 months or £19pm on the 24 month contract.

Oh yeah, forgot about that. £39.95 "activation fee" or whatever it's called now... very irritating, but makes sense from Sky's point of view because it encourages customers to stick with them. My puck was customer owned and I sold it, so you could maybe buy one outright from eBay and hope you get a legit one that you could start a new sub on?
This is partly why I prefer the NOW approach - all you need is the app, be it on your TV, or a streaming device. Stop & start subs as and when you like with no additional fees or hardware rentals required.

NowTV does not have UHD at all. You have to pay extra for HD.

Seems like the do uhd now called ultra boost

@Stottie NowTV does now have Ultra Boost which does UHD & Atmos as well as the regular Boost which does HD. Boost/HD is usually £6 per month, with Ultra Boost/UHD & Atmos £9. Ultra Boost is only supported on specific, named devices though, which are listed on Now's help pages. 😊

NOW introduced Ultra Boost earlier this year which gives UHD & Atmos on the same content as on Sky Stream/Glass & Q.
They also offer deals for returning customers who cancel. I currently pay £3.99pm for the Entertainment package plus £2pm for Boost. Ultra Boost can be had for about £4pm on average.
Sky have been very good at finally offering this option to NOW customers. Not everyone wants or needs the Stream puck hardware or Glass TV, full EPG or live channel streams of all other channels. NOW gives you just the Sky content via an app in as good a quality as is available. Simple.
