White Light on Stream Box Now on Constantly

As of today I've noticed the white light on my puck is now remaining on constantly, before when the puck was off the light was off. 

Any ideas?

Hi @HavencroftKev  If you haven't already done so try unplugging it from the wall socket for a few minutes and then plug it back in again.  Allow it to reboot which will take a couple of minutes. Hopefully that will get it behaving correctly again.

It sounds like the tv is not switching the puck off when turning off your tv @HavencroftKev you may need to re-pair it again

The puck is turning off, on the screen at least.  It's just the light is staying on?

Thanks everyone, after swithching off at the wall for 30mins the Puck began behaving normally after the reboot.
