Whiole Home Required

I've returned Sky puck for use upstairs that wouldn't connect and now my downstairs puck has gone off looks like it's been deactivated ?

@Phill1522 check if the puck doenstairs is still listed in the My Devices in the Broadband section if the My Skyy app as it is possible by retrurning one puck Sky have cancelled both.

@Phill1522   Your post has been moved to the correct board as this isn't a broadband related issue.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi @Phill1522 

 

Sky has the concept of primary and secondary devices for Glass and Stream. Any secondary pucks or glass TVs stop working when you remove whole home.

 

Visit this page: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/your-devices-sky-glass

 

It will list the pucks on your account. Make sure that the one which should be working is set to primary. Eventually the other should be removed for your account.
