Its is trying to update software

My puck is trying to update software and ir steps ar 50% and starts again. Done all the resets - reset the WiFi and have a ethernet cable plugged into it .

Follow the guide here, including resetting remote and connecting via ethernet etc:

If that doesn't work you will need to contact sky for a replacement puck.
