If this is only affecting Netflix then:

 

The first thing to try is to reboot your stream puck. Simply unplug it for a minute.

 

If that doesn't help solve the issue try an app refresh. Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > refresh apps. This process is not instant and is carried out in the background so don't expect an instant solution.
