Cannot set up sky hub seems frozen

Have received new sky hub boxes 2 have tried to set up the 1st one and it's just frozen in the set up process. It's says Your connected let's finish the rest of setup then a continue button it

@Mexico14  I believe you mean stream pucks?  Hubs are for broadband and you've never get more than one.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

First thing i'd suggest trying is unplugging the puck for a couple of minutes.
