What's the charge

Hi I might of sold my sky stream puck on eBay after I upgraded to sky glass they now want the puck back but that's not happening what's the charge

@Lennonhorbs  The charges for non return are listed here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/charges-for-not-returning-sky-stream-puck

 

Good to know: Paying a non-return charge doesn’t buy the equipment, it’s just a cost for not returning. It will still be owned by Sky and the will still want you to return it.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

How can it be that you MIGHT HAVE sold it ?

Either you did or didn't.

All pucks supplied after mid February 2023 are loaned to the account holder and need to be returned when the contract ends.
