Just added the bill tv series to play list now been removed

Just added the bill to play list and under manage all we have road wars added which Is there and just added the bill series to the play list few minutes ago but it's just leaving road wars in the list no sign of the bill being added strange

It seems to have been removed after I added it and it appeared under road wars but no longer there strange I saw it the bill under road wars went to check it not there

Where is it the added section I didn't remove it it was there clearly no more I didn't press any buttons just removed itself

 the bill series just been added as shown on screen so If I go to check it tomorrow to see if its there Itl be removed
