Re: Watching Netflix on sky puck
@Jon3066 Your post has been moved from th Sky Go board as your query is unrelated with the Sky Go app, your issue is with Sky Stream.
While in the netflix app go to Get Help, run the connection test, what speed is showing?
43" Glass TV & Puck Whole Home
Please note I only provide help on the main forums and not via PM, PM's are switched off.
Samsung 75" 4K TV, Sky Glass Gen 2 55", Sky Stream, EE FTTC Broadband, Three 5G Broadband (Backup), Sony 7.1 AV Receiver, Technisat MultiSat receiver.

Re: Watching Netflix on sky puck
@Jon3066 if your puck is getting hot, the hardware in your puck will be affected.
It needs to have lots of space around it, like any other electrical equipment. Try moving it to a cooler location if this isn't the case.
If it already has lots of space, it maybe faulty and you'll need to report it to Sky for a replacement.

Re: Watching Netflix on sky puck
@Hi @Jon3066 I am actually watching something on Netflix at the moment and am not seeing any problems (other than the programme is rubbish 🤣)
Have you tried gong into the Get Help menu and selecting Reload Netflix. This will often resolve glitches. You could also try signing out and back in again (make sure you have your username / password handy).
There may be a wider issue with Netflix as I have read a few posts similar to yours lately.
If my post has solved your issue please mark as an "Answer" as it helps others identify the solution
