Sky stream Netflix not loading

Tried everything (network, app refresh, reboot pick, update puck etc etc) and spent hours on the phone to Sky but app won't load. Anybody know what to do to resolve this?

@DRUSSELL  1st thing to note you can't force updates on stream puck so I'm not sure how you updated it?

 

Are any other apps affected?  Can you use the puck as normal?

 

Any error messages when accessing Netflix?

 

There have been other posts today advising of poor picture quality on netflix, it is possible the issue is with netflix themselves.

 

Do you have a Smart TV with the Netflix app on it?  Can you use that?
