Voucher confirmation not received after opening account

During the phonecall to discuss offers and packages, I was promised a voucher to spend in a number of different outlets if I added something extra, which I agreed to. I signed up early March and I've not heard anything further regarding a voucher. No email with how to claim it. What the voucher company is called. Nothing. Anyone have any ideas?

Hi @Kym5 This is something the forum would be unable to help with. You will need to contact Sky directly so they can look into it for you.

We are all fellow customers on here like yourself so you need  to contact  sky   about your  voucher  issue

Thanks both. I chatted with 'The Bot' who suggested here to see if anyone else had experienced the same thing. I'll give them a call though. Thank you 🙂

Sky don't automatically send you the reward. You have to claim it. See the information here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/how-to-claim-your-reward
