Volume doesn't work on the remote

Hi @Gregory10 Try rebooting the puck to see if this resolves it.  To do this go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device.  It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot and you will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears.

This above will usually work but if not then clear the remote and try pairing it again as follows

1. Press 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for three seconds (This resets/clears the remote)
2. Press 1 and 3 together for three seconds (bluetooth mode) and follow the on-screen instructions.

You need to repair your Sky Stream remote control and add your TV, uwhen asked.

1. Press and hold 7 and 9 together for 3 seconds.
2. Press and hold 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds.
3. Wait until you see the 'Your remote is now connected' message and select Continue
