I have been also having this issue and have tried the codes etc but the only way to get it working is restarting the Puck. I have also tried a different controller. It has been better the last couple of days so fingers crossed.
Apparently one should say Hello Sky to the controller
I have told this to Sky and they told to keep monitoring and letting them know but unfortunately always seem to blame our set up and not taking ownership.
One of these days everything will be fine and the puck will fully work and be the great product it will be
