Voice control on remote has stopped working less than a week old

Hi @Mark2928 and welcome to the forum.
I had exactly the same earlier this morning so I rebooted my puck and this resolved the problem. This procedure will most often clear software glitches.
To do this go to Settings > System Management > Resets & Updates > Restart device (do not do a factory reset). It takes about 3 minutes to completely reboot. You will have a blank screen for a couple of minutes before the Sky logo appears so don’t worry when this happens as you start the process.
If this doesn't help try pairing the remote again (settings>connected devices) and if still not working I would request a replacement from Sky.

Same issue (voice control not working), followed your instructions step 1 and step 2, problem still there.
Next; press 1 and 3 to repar my contoler, it could not find my TV, it then said my TV was not supported, a bit odd as my Stream puck was working perfectly well when I switched off last night!
So; I now have a contoler that has no voice control capability, no volume cotrol and has lost the ablity to turn my TV on and off!
Tis amazing what can go wrong while you are asleep.
